...we, Markus and Sascha, from the beautiful Rhineland near Koblenz came to Boa Vista as tourists for the first time in 2012.

We got to know and love the island and the local life for 4 weeks. Upon departure, we knew that we would like to vacation here more often in the future.

So it happened that until 2019 we spent our annual vacation at Cristina Brito, Vila Cristina.

In October 2021 we bought our city apartment and in January/February 2022 we completely remodeled this.

We planned and drew, made lists for the electrical, the bathrooms and whatever else you need to set up an apartment. 

So it happened that we flew off at the beginning of January 2022 with about 500 kg of luggage, hoping to have thought of everything.

We began with the conversion and this lasted a whole 2 months.

On our departure day at the end of February, the apartment could finally be cleaned.

Since then we have been renting it out and are proud of the fact that guests who vacation there are thrilled.

Our efforts have paid off and we are happy to share them. 

In November 2022 we received an offer to buy a house in Parque das Dunas, our favorite and resting place.

We did not think twice and did it.

That's how we ended up with our two properties.Both are ideal for a relaxing and restful vacation.

One likes more the city life, the other rather the rest. For both we offer just the right thing.
